-Understanding of consumer insights and market trends.
-Minimum qualification degree holder in Sales and Marketing orrelated field FMCG (Beer)
-Minimum 3 years experience in selling of consumer product.
-Good command of English and computer literate.
-Driving license and be able to drive a vehicle.
-Intellectual person, Flexibility in working environment andable to work under pressure.
-Honest person, willing to work hard and flexible time.
-Able to travel and station in the upcountry.
-Committed to strong growth inmarket-share and target achievement along with sales target plan and companystrategy.
-Supervise and leading sales teamtowards achieving distribution objective in all channel.
-Monitor outlets within the assignedterritory and ensure products are well represented and merchandise.
-Ensure and monitor Indoor and Outdoorbranding are well display and maintain in assigned territory.
-Conduct outlets promotional activities,contract negotiation and sponsorship.
-Maintain strong relationship withdistributors; impart skill, training and coaching distributors.
- Collect market intelligence, timelyand accurately submission of competitors and performance report on a regularbasis.
-Monitor daily sales calls of thesales team, ensure Key Performance Indicators are met.
-Make regular checks and coaching onthe salesmen routs to ensure company’s standards are follow and implement.
