• Understanding of consumer insights and market trends.
• Minimum qualification degree holder in Sales and Marketing orrelated field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in selling of consumer product.
• Computer literate: Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Intellectual person and able to work under pressure.
• Honest person, willing to work hard and flexible time.
• Able to travel and station in the upcountry
• Develop and implement sales strategies, committed to strong growthin market-share and target achievement.
• Forecasting, develop accounts, promotional plans and managingprofitability.
• Manage and leading a sales force, provide training and problemresolution; evaluate performance and make recommendations for sales action.Motivate team members to achieve peak productivity and performance.
• Participate in negotiation of sponsorship with outlet. Ensure alloutlets within the assigned territory are well represented with companyproducts.
• Measure effectiveness of market situation, draw conclusions andmake recommendations to the management.
• Impart skill and train distributors. Maintain a strongrelationship with distributors and outlets at both operational level.
• Collect market intelligence, timely and accurately submission ofcompetitors and performance report on a regular basis.
