  • Update current and design new recruitment procedures
  • Conduct recruitment process and report to the top management
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics
  • Implement new sourcing methods
  • Review recruitment system and suggest the best option for the company need
  • Research and choose job advertising options
  • Advise hiring position on reviewing techniques
  • Recommend ways to improve ALLWEB recruitment value proposition
  • Build the recruitment’s professional network through relationship with HR professional, colleges and other recruitment partner
  • Understanding computer science job is a plus

Required Skills

  • University graduate or equivalence certificate
  • No experience related to recruitment with IT company
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Excellent written and verbal professional English
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
  • Quick learning and ability to adapt to different environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Working hour: 8h/day, follow standard working day per week
  • NSSF, and other benefits

Salary: Negotiable Based on Experiences
