Job Description

• Student Make ID Card
• Student Forget ID card:
a. Issue permission form if students forget their ID card.
• Student Tardiness:
a. Issue late permission form for students.
b. Key in late permission form into Aii Student Affairs System.
c. Counsel students if students are late for 3 times.
d. Contact parents and discuss with parents to improve students.
e. Counsel students if students are still late for 5 times.
f. Arrange an appointment with parents if students are late for 5 times.
• Student Absence:
a. Issue absence form for students.
b. Key in absence form into Aii Student Affairs System.
c. Confirm with parents if students wish to be absent for 3 days or more.
• Leaving Early:
a. Issue permission form if students leave school early.
a. Key in permission form for leaving early.
b. driver if students take school bus.
• Change time to study:
a. Issue permission form if students change their study time.
b. Key in permission form into Aii Student Affairs System if students change their study time.
• Change room or level:
a. Key in permission form into Aii Student Affairs System if students change their room or level. (Only HTs and Assistant Director for SAO can issue the permission.)
• Misconduct Students:
a. Counsel students for any unacceptable misconduct.
b. Inform parents for misconduct.
c. Issue Student Agreement for misconduct students.
d. Key in misconduct form into Aii Student Affairs System.
• School Bus:
a. Inform new students about their bus numbers. (only the first week)
b. Inform kid students about their bus numbers in case their bus is changed. (only the first week)
c. Contact parents if there is something change with the bus service.
d. Contact parents if student miss or avoid taking bus home.
e. Contact students if they intentionally avoid taking bus home.
f. Issue Student Agreement if student miss or avoid taking school bus home.
• Report cards:
a. Keep final report cards for students from secretary.
b. Deliver final report cards when students come to get them.
c. Transfer the rest of the final report card to Admin.
• Club registration:
a. Keep all student club membership application.
b. Contact student club president if there is a new member.
• Contest registration:
a. Give details information about up-coming contest.
b. Make a name list for up-coming contest.
c. Key in student name list into Aii Student Affairs System.
• Study Suspension:
a. Key in suspension form into Aii Student Affairs System. (Only HTs can issue and approve.)
• Parking Ticket:
a. Issue official document if students or staff lost their motorcycle parking tickets.
b. Keep all documents for one day then give back to owners.
• First Aid:
a. Provide first aid to students in case they get minor injuries.
b. Inform parents about the case.
• Sick Students:
a. Inform parents and ask for their approval to take students to Mengly J. Quach Student Health Center.
b. Take students to Mengly J. Quach Student Health Center.
c. Inform parents about students’ health and prescription from the doctor.
• Suggestion/Complaint:
a. Receive complaint or any suggestion.
b. Refer complaint or suggestion to relative departments.
c. Inform the parents about the case in case in need.
• Lost and Found:
a. Keep Lost and Found record.
b. Keep lost things.
c. Return lost things to owners.
d. Issue Appreciation Letters to finders.
e. Prepare Termly Report.
• Guests and Visitors:
a. Record guests and visitors for all department.
b. Contact persons or related departments about visitors or guests.
c. Send Guest and Visitor Report every month to Information Office.
• Fail to punch cards:
a. Keep Fail to Punch List.
b. Key in Fail to Punch List.
• Lobby Monitoring:
a. Monitor the lobby during the break.
• Term Report:
a. Send term report to Head of Student Affairs.
• Student Opinion Survey:
a. Help Admin to key in Student Opinion Survey.
• PTA:
Can be a counselor in PTA.
 

Job Requirements

- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Experienced on Student Affairs Office many years.
- Knowledge and morality as student's counsellor.
- Able to use Ms Word, excel, PowerPoint, Email and Social media.
- Interested in Education field.
- Leadership manner.
- Facilitation and Problem solving Skills.
- Able to speak and write Khmer and English very well.
- Creative and Initiative.
- Social activity participation and short courses.
- Able to analyze students 'situation with planning, performance, follow up and evaluation.
- Good communication and high accountability with work.
