Job Description

The successful incumbent is responsible to formulate effective recruitment strategies and programs to recruit high-quality insurance advisers and achieve company's distribution growth objective.

On the job you will:
• Work with Head of Sales and our Bank Partners to plan and develop effective campaigns and incentive programs to align with sales and department strategy. They analyze the target audience to determine the type of promotional / incentive offer that would be most effective.
• To communicate the campaign/ incentive programs details to ensure that sales teams and external stakeholders are aware of the campaign and its operations.
• Track ROI and monitor the campaign to ensure that it runs smoothly and to measure the results/ effectiveness.
• To identify campaign / incentive program costs and allocate budgets to each program.
• Schedules covering design, development, production and distribution of campaign material to meet launch dates.
• Prepare and manage the department budget and all related cost.
• Lead and Event Management for Partnership Distribution department.
• Craft and send regular newsletters/ AVP, CPO communication message with company updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct result update from MIS report, assemble and analyze data to prepare reports and documents.
• Establish and maintain calendars, deadline reminders and other related duties
• Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, meeting and travel arrangements
• Negotiate contracts with vendors
• Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
• Perform other duties as requires

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone with: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field
• 4 – 6 years’ experiences of Sales promotion, Marketing, Designing, Event Management
• Good English and Khmer languages
• Computer skills (Social Media, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Internet & Email-Outlook)

Nice to Haves: 
• Good creativity and innovation
• Good personality, commitment, self-driven and self-motivation.
• Good understanding of the latest trends and their role within a commercial environment
• Professional approach to time, cost and deadlines
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Able to work with number of stakeholders to complete projects and be comfortable working on multiple iterations under tight deadlines.
