Job Description

❖ Inside Sales responsible for conducting job duties in the office. Sourcing new sales
opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understanding customer needs and requirements. Routing qualified opportunities to the
appropriate sales executives for further development and closure. Sets up appointments
with potential customers for outside sales representatives.

Job Requirements

• Knowledge of Sale, Marketing & social media.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with other staff members.
• Self-motivated
• Fast learner and willing to learn new skills.
• Able to work in shift, weekends and public holidays.
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
and emails
• Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further
development and closure
• Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
• Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Perform effective online demos to prospects
• Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.
• Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.
• Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
• Staying informed about competing products and services.
• Upselling products and services.
• Closing sales and achieving sales targets
• Possibly training more junior staff members
• Report to Supervisor
