Job Description

- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls;
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments as instructed;
- Controlling access to Chairwoman;
- Coordinating and/or helping arrange the events and conferences when instructed;
- Reminding Chairwoman of important tasks and deadlines;
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports and correspondence;
- Managing databases and filing systems;
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems;
- Liaising with internal staffs, suppliers and clients for business activities and/or projects;
- Collating and filing expenses;
- Conducting research on behalf of Chairwoman when instructed;
- Other tasks as assigned by Chairwoman;

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree of business administration or equivalent;
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative supports and secretary affairs;
- Strong communications skills (both spoken and written);
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office;
- Khmer and English are acceptable;
- Moderate knowledge of protocol procedures;
