    - Arrange HBL document for customer. 
    - Keep export shipment’s tracking up to the date.
    - Get packing list from buyer (for arrange booking with forwarder). 
    - Arrange document for delivery to warehouse, loading goods 
    - Make draft C/O, draft bill original and bill for apply c/o. 
    - make a good relation with feeder and solve problem for customer 
    - make day and monthly line service report.

Job Requirements

 

- At least one years’ experience in Shipping Line Company or related field. 
- Good English or Chinese communication 
- Computer literate 
- Be reliable, High responsible, work in independent 
- Be honest and ethical 
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadline
- Time Management & Relationship building skills 
- Negotiation skills
