Job Description

- Work with assigned liner manager to develop and design training curriculum to support Banca objective.
- Conduct training to equip the Sales Manager and Insurance Advisor with the relevant knowledge and skills in areas such as sales skill, product, compliance, sales management skills.
- Ensure the quality of the curriculum and program roll out. Evaluate the effectiveness of training events through feedback, discussion, and branch visits, as well as analysis of business outcomes, pre and post training events.
- Provide assigned line manager with regular reports regarding training activities and outcomes.
- Coordinate with various parties to arrange trainings according to the plan
- Monitor guidelines and orders regarding sales training to develop training courses and presentations
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to support trainings such as training location booking, preparing documents.
- Record and keep track of training history and evaluations for KPI and training development
- Record training information in the database.
- Other tasks assign by direct supervisor

Job Requirements

• Diploma in training or equivalent, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in education
• Minimum 2 year of training experience
• Sales experience will be an advantage
• Training background and curriculum development expertise
• Knowledge of life insurance industry will be an advantage
• Good communications skills to effectively explain the policies with Banca channel and internal stakeholders.
• Able to motivate and inspire a team.
• Aggressive, self-motivated and result oriented.
• Dynamic, independent, creative, flexible, positive-thinking and vibrant
• Able to engage staff and inspire commitment, and enjoy working in challenging environment
