Job Description

- Update Internship staff detail.
- Solving all issued about Internship staff.
- Conduct new Internship Staff Orientation.
- Internship deduction monthly.
- Prepared Staff Movement for HR and CPPC Staff.
- Update staff movement to payroll team monthly.
- Make internship recommendation letter and certification.
- Arrange meeting schedule.
- Employee name card coordinator.
- Email coordinator.
- Make exit Interview (Internship & Staff).
- Data entry in exit Interview report.
- ID card management & report.
- Make staff & teacher reference letter and salary confirmation letter.
- Handle equipment’s & bus service in HRD.
- Prepared monthly report of history & events.
- Personnel officer Tasks.
- Employee Clearance Form Task.
- Meeting minute taking.
- Update staff detail.
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager

Job Requirements

** EDUCATION:
- Bachelor degree is desirable, Business Administration Degree or relevant disciplinary.
- 2year+ experience with Compliance or related field.

** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Broader knowledge of the general HR procedures and processes
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Good interpersonal skills.
- An effective Team player.
- Good communication and negotiate skills.
- Able to work under pressure
- Sound knowledge of Cambodia Labor Law Compliance.
