Work Description:

• Establish and update HR strategy: reward strategy, HR business partner, and talent management to retain and attract talent staff to support the business strategy and direction of YCP.
• Provide expert advice and support to the CEO and Management committee in relation to the MFI's employees to strengthen the employer-employee relationship
• Review regularly all related policies, processes, procedures development and implementation to ensure that these are properly delivered.
• Provide direction and technical advice to subordinates, share information and facilitate problem solving to develop their skills and knowledge
• Facilitate the development of an organization structure to meet business needs and challenges
• Control all services, and logistics served/provided/supplied to staff to ensure they are on time, effective, efficient, right quantity and right quality in order to make staff feel confident and to perform their tasks professionally.
• Manage offices to make sure all offices are insured, secured, hygiene, safe in order to build strong confident to public.
• Other tasks assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Male/Female
• At least 3 years’ experiences in HR/ Administrative including at least 2 years in managerial/supervising position
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, or HR management, or Finance and Banking or equivalent
• Computer literacy (Word Excel, E-mail, Internet, and Power point)
• Excellent in Leadership skill, communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, organizational skill and good team player.
• Good command of written and verbal Khmer & English
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
