Job Description

• Develop, implement and manage the objectives and operational strategy of the branch;
• Ensure that the branch operations comply with GAEA’s set policies and procedures as well as all related law and regulations;
• Provide day-to-day direct operational supervision of each department to ensure effectiveness and transparency;
• Develop the financial plan of the branch in accordance with the master development plan and master operational plans of the company;
• Prepare the monthly operation report for the National Operations Manager (NOM);
• Implement the internal auditing works of the branch as well as the company;
• Manage and monitor the branch payroll;
• Implement marketing plan to increase the number of contracts;
• Follow up on complaints and coordinate with operations to improve the customers’ satisfaction;
• Push for renewal of existing contract to ensure that they match with official tariffs and meet the company’s targets;
• Push new agreements with an action plan of targeted sectors validated by NOM/GM;
• Retain and train all staff at branch team building and events;
• Manage the service fee collections process according to the daily, weekly, monthly and yearly target and monitor outstanding invoices;
• Ensure the correctness of the customer information in each block (name, address, category, picture, and fee etc.);
• Ensure transparency in services fee collection, customer information, and other related administrative documents (invoice, minute of negotiation, and the information within the database);
• Oversee direct communication with customers (provide information related to the company, information on solid waste collection and transportation, and other services);
• Develop the service coverage area in order to make sure that the areas for the services are suitable in term of economic factor, the company’s strategies, infrastructure conditions, the company manpower, and other related factors;
• Other management assignments assigned by Manager.

Job Requirements

• At least Bachelor’s degree in related field such as Management, Sales & Marketing, Finance and or Customer Service.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience at managerial levels in the related fields;
• Honest, highly responsible and reliable
• Good computer literacy (Internet and Email, Ms. Word, Excel).
• Ability to multi-task.
• Good communicator with good negotiation skill and possess strong decision-making skills.
• Good skills in contract and report writing both in Khmer and English
• Good ability in English speaking and report writing
• Fluent in Khmer with good ability in translating the document from English to Khmer and Khmer to English.
• Able to work independently or as a team
• Good integrity, positive attitude, helpful, high commitment, competence and motivation.
