Job Description

• Observe and analyze staff information after returning from staff Home Visit
• Well-engaged with staff and be able to support and visit staff including birth delivery, sickness, funeral, and other necessary required event.
• Support HR functions including recruitment, training, and compensation &benefit
• Prepare and update activity work-plan and organize team to do work follow by schedule and checklist
• Perform all necessary administrative tasks including effective budget management
• Other task assigned by line manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in HRM or related field
• 1- 2 Years of work experience in HR field
• Good in interpersonal communication and open-minded
• Project management, observing and analyzing skills
• Strong commitment, conscientious, and result-oriented
• Independence, mature, attention to details, and experience with event
• Willing to take new challenges, experience and learn new things
